We thought it would be fun and interesting to conduct a light-touch segmentation of qualitative researchers, exploring how they see their role, the range of mindsets and identities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we shared the segments with researchers, their responses were animated!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So we then broadened the conversation to include client perspectives. What segment would be most popular for clients? What segments would they want their suppliers to belong to?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was our hunch that the range of qualitative styles could be a source of strength but also lead to confusion for potential buyers. The initial round of these discussions generated some compelling, and sometimes unexpected, responses. Now, we’re inviting a wider range of clients to join the conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
