With the MRS awards dinner imminent, here\u2019s our final blog about one of our five MRS Awards nominations. This week, it is about our collective nomination for International Research. This is a joint submission on behalf of Shell and their other partner agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a hugely complex global organisation Shell ran a number of tracking surveys to monitor the multiple touchpoints it has with their customers across over 50 countries around the world. However, they wanted to align the disparate trackers under one research vehicle, enabling the business to take a \u2018one customer\u2019 view. The challenge was clear, how do we combine several tracking programmes under one approach while retaining the same level of insight as was possible in individual trackers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shell enlisted the help of their trusted partner agencies to design a modular approach that allowed the same participants to answer questions from different business areas. While the tracking was combined into one survey vehicle, Shell realised that to maintain high quality insight they needed to continue to use separate expertise based on each agency\u2019s strengths and expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
STRAT7 Jigsaw was selected as the consultancy lead for the Corporate Brand and Reputation Tracking, leveraging our years of experience working with Shell Corporate Relations team and our wider expertise in Brand and Reputation Tracking to ensure best in class data generation and insight. Our sister agency STRAT7 Incite was also chosen to lead a number of strategic business areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shell\u2019s transformational approach has combined best-in-class talent from across multiple agencies and has enabled Shell to identify and capitalise on new opportunities from across the business. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are very proud to have played our part in this ground-breaking approach and on a personal level it is has been a pleasure to work collaboratively with both the teams at Shell and across the different research agencies. We really are lucky to work in an industry with so many talented individuals!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s the MRS awards next week so we will be hoping to be able to celebrate together as a Shell and cross agency team!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
