We thought it would be fun and interesting to conduct a light-touch segmentation of qualitative researchers, exploring how they see their role, the range of mindsets and identities.
When we shared the segments with researchers, their responses were animated!
So we then broadened the conversation to include client perspectives. What segment would be most popular for clients? What segments would they want their suppliers to belong to?
It was our hunch that the range of qualitative styles could be a source of strength but also lead to confusion for potential buyers. The initial round of these discussions generated some compelling, and sometimes unexpected, responses. Now, we're inviting a wider range of clients to join the conversation.
